The stamp card, but impossible to lose.
Your clients collect points with every visit. You don't stamp or count anything: points are added as soon as the client has been.
No bank card needed. No commission on bookings.
What's wrong with cardboard cards
They're at home when the client is with you. They end up in the washing machine. And you never know how many clients are collecting, or who's close to a reward. A digital loyalty card is tied to the client record, so it's always there.
How to set it up
- Choose how points are earned: per visit, or per amount spent (for example 1 point per €10).
- Choose how many points are needed and the reward, for example 10% off or a free treatment.
- When you mark an appointment "Client attended", the points are added.
- In the client record you see the balance and redeem with one tap.
Does it actually work?
A points scheme gives a client a reason to come back to you rather than the place round the corner. It works best with a tangible reward that's reachable within a reasonable number of visits. If you switch it off, the points are kept. Loyalty points are part of Pro.
