Your client database keeps itself up to date.
Anyone who books goes into your client list automatically. Anyone who books again is recognised. You only add what you want to remember.
No bank card needed. No commission on bookings.
The trouble with a notebook, your phone and a spreadsheet
Most self-employed people keep their clients in three places: in their phone contacts, in a diary or notebook, and somewhere in an old spreadsheet. None of it is complete, none of it is linked to appointments. To find out when someone last came in, you search three places.
How the client record fills itself
- With every booking: name, email and mobile go into the record. If the same person books again, we recognise the email or number. No duplicate records.
- With every appointment: the service, the date and whether the client came. You see who's loyal and who has missed one.
- What you add (from Plus): birthday, address and internal notes, like an allergy or a preference.
- Consent: for each client you see whether they accept promotions. Mailings only go to those who said yes.
Bringing your existing clients over
Add clients with the "Add client" button, or they appear by themselves as soon as they book. Got a long list? Message us through support. Your data is always yours: one click downloads a backup as an Excel list.
