Who is it useful for?
For self-employed people who don't want to rent a card terminal, who work on the move or who only know the amount after the job. A physio on a home visit, a handyman after the work, a stylist after a fitting: you show the QR code on your phone and the client pays with their banking app.
How to send a payment request
- Link your Payconiq account once with the API key from the Payconiq by Bancontact merchant portal.
- Open the appointment and tap "Payment request via Payconiq".
- Let the client scan the QR code, or copy the link and send it.
- As soon as it's paid, the appointment is marked paid.
Payconiq or Mollie?
You use Payconiq to get paid afterwards, per appointment. You use Mollie to get paid at booking. You can link both. Both are in the Payments subscription at €9 per month, excl. VAT. Also read about online payment when booking.
