Book photo shoots and fittings online

Creative work is about a few long appointments rather than lots of short ones. You don't want to lose a two-hour portrait shoot or a wedding-dress fitting to a no-show. With the Payments subscription the client pays a deposit via Mollie when booking. If they don't pay within 30 minutes, the slot is released.

You often work on location or on changing days. With flexible hours you only open the times you're in the studio. Big jobs like a wedding shoot aren't booked online: set that service to "on request" and let clients book a free intro call first.

How a client books a portrait shoot

An example of how a day or week goes, step by step.

On your website
The client clicks "Book your shoot" under your portfolio and picks "Studio portrait shoot, 90 min".
Time and deposit
They choose a free slot and pay a 25% deposit by Bancontact or card. Only then is it confirmed.
Preparation
The message with the booking says what the client wants. You note your ideas in the record.
After the shoot
You mark that the client has paid. Your overview shows what's still outstanding.

What does online payment cost?

The Payments subscription costs €9 per month, excl. VAT, with any plan. Mollie's transaction fees are paid directly to Mollie.

Can I work on location?

Yes. Put the location in the service description, or ask for the address in the message field at booking.

Can clients see my whole diary?

No. They only see free times for the service they pick. Names and other appointments stay hidden.
