Contact and book someone from the waiting list
When a slot opens up you want to reach someone on the waiting list fast. "Contact" opens WhatsApp or your email program with a message ready to go. You send it yourself, so you always see what goes out.
Open the waiting list
On your overview you see who's waiting, for which day and for which service.
Click "Contact"
Choose WhatsApp or email. The message with the client's name, the day and your business is already filled in. Adjust it if you like and send it.
Book into a free slot
If the client says yes, choose "Book in". You see the free times for that day. Pick one and the appointment is in your calendar.
Ready
The client is no longer on the waiting list for that day and gets the usual confirmation of their appointment.
WhatsApp is only possible if the client gave a mobile number. Otherwise choose email.
