My client didn't get a confirmation email
The confirmation goes to the email address the client entered. Usually the problem is that address or the client's spam filter.
Spam and other folders
Ask the client to look in spam, junk or the Promotions tab in Gmail.
Check the email address
Open the client record. A typo like "gmial.com" or an extra dot is the most common cause. Fix it with "Edit client".
Is the confirmation switched on?
Under Promotions, "Automatic sending", "Appointment confirmation" must be on.
Has the appointment been confirmed?
If it's "To confirm", the client has only made a request. Confirm it so they know where they stand.
Entered the appointment yourself?
If the client has no email address in their record, no email can go out. Add it or let the client know another way.
After booking, the client can also add the appointment to Google Calendar or their iPhone calendar, and with a free account on maakjeafspraak.nu they see all their appointments.
