Where is your data and who is responsible?
mijnklant.vip stores all data in a secure database in the European Union (Frankfurt). Only you and your team can access your clients and appointments.
Your role
You are the controller of your clients' data. mijnklant.vip is the processor and doesn't use it for anything else.
A client asks for their data?
Open the client record: it's all there. If they want to be erased, delete the record or email us.
Promotions
Only send promos to clients with consent. It's shown per client in the record.
