A payment isn't showing as paid
A payment via Mollie or Payconiq marks the appointment as paid as soon as the payment service tells us the money is in. That usually takes a few seconds, sometimes a little longer.
Wait and reload
Reload your calendar after a few minutes. With some cards or busy banks the confirmation comes a bit later.
Check your own payment account
Your Mollie dashboard or the Payconiq merchant portal shows whether the payment succeeded, failed or is still open. Failed or expired? Then nothing was paid.
Test or live key?
Under Settings, Payments you see whether Mollie is "Connected". A key starting with test_ only makes test payments: no real money comes in. Connect again with your live_ key.
Mark it yourself
If your payment account shows the money is in, open the appointment, set Payment to "Paid", choose how it was paid and save.
A client who doesn't pay within 30 minutes when booking online loses the slot. That time becomes free again on your booking page.
