Confirm or decline an online request
If you choose "Check new clients only" or "Approve everything yourself" under Online booking, some bookings wait for you with the status "To confirm".
Open Notifications
The bell at the top shows how many requests are waiting.
Confirm or decline
Click the tick to confirm, or the cross to decline. You can also do it from "Needs attention" on your overview.
Good to know
Rather never wait? Choose "Confirm straight away" under Settings, Online booking.
