Why a manual waiting list doesn't work

A paper list of "call if something opens up" sounds fine, until the cancellation arrives at 8 am and your first client is at 9. By the time you call, the moment's gone. An automatic waiting list does that work within minutes, even when you're busy.

How it runs

Your client picks a full day and sees a button to join the waiting list. Name and email are enough.
If someone cancels, mijnklant.vip checks every 10 minutes whether there's room for someone on the list, for that service and possibly that staff member.
The client gets an email with the free times and a button to book straight away.
Your overview shows who's waiting and who has already been emailed.
