People who google your business see your Business Profile first. Add your booking link there as the appointment link. Then someone can pick a free time straight from Google Maps, without calling first.

Facebook, WhatsApp and your emails

  • Facebook: add the link as your website or with a "Book now" button on your page.
  • WhatsApp Business: put the link in your profile and your automatic greeting.
  • Your email signature: one line "Book your appointment online" with the link.
  • On paper: your QR code on your counter, a flyer or a business card.

Can I choose my own link?
Yes, you choose your booking address when signing up: lower-case letters, numbers and hyphens.
