The birthday discount and how long it's valid
The birthday email (Pro) comes with a discount. The validity sets the period around the birthday in which the client can use that discount when booking. Outside it, it isn't applied.
Open the birthday discount
Under Promotions, Birthdays.
Choose the discount
A percentage or a fixed amount, and for which services.
Set the validity
How many days before and after the birthday the discount applies. For example 7 days before and 14 days after.
Save and switch on
In the email the client sees until when the discount is valid.
Good to know
A generous period works better: not everyone can come in during their birthday week.
